Fill out this form and we’ll help you apply for the ESA voucher, so you can give your child the dream education as a part of our Founding Class.

ESA covers up to 95% of HICA tuition for eligible families.

If your child is entering Kindergarten or 1st grade this fall and your family meets Tennessee's ESA eligibility guidelines, the state will send tuition funds directly to HICA. You pay only $40 a month.
